Spring in Bloom Series

Cowan is known for painting the 1956 legendary portrait of H.S.H. Princess Grace of Monaco and the entire family in 1981. Having painted many Royals and social families throughout the world, R.W. developed a passion for flowers, often visiting gardens during world tours. "As I paint each flower, I see their distinct personalities. Their magnificence and grandeur is always apparent in my mind, and their beauty often overwhelms me. I believe that I've captured this expression in this collection."
